Overall, it was a very good service. There is no passenger footbridge, it’s a footpath / ramp exiting the arrival area from the free ship transfer service. This could be quite confusing for some as it was initially for us. Please amend your description for the benefit of others. The driver was unhelpful upon arrival at the airport. He opened the luggage compartment doors and stood at the front of the bus while we all had to remove our cases. This was on a main road - it was quite dangerous.
Stefano was an excellent guide, my partner and I loved his sense of humour and his engagement with the tour group. He had lots of knowledge and his passion for Rome was infectious.
